On August 5, Chitron Northern went through the registration process for guidance at the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, officially launching the process of listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. The guidance agency is CITIC Securities.
The counseling filing report shows that Chitron North was established in September 2008 with a registered capital of 431 million yuan. Chitron North applied for an IPO on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in June 2022 and was accepted, but voluntarily withdrew its IPO application in March 2023. This year, Chitron North has restarted IPO guidance and filing, and is once again seeking to be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.According to experts, Display understands that in December 2021, Chitron North received more than 6.5 billion yuan in Series E financing and was valued at more than 30 billion yuan. This round of financing was led by Ocean Pine Capital.
